For a chance of pace how about a nice little zombie fest RP?

For those following my Red Wold thread, this RP will be set where our good friend Artemis Stormwell hails from. Though a few notes which I'm sure you'll find most useful;

*The world is called Darmonica, it is NOT related to Earth nor does its people know of the planet Earth.

*A few years earlier there was a big war between the Sodkan Collective, the Unified Republic of Garrack and the Holy Artian Empire. The war ended when a powerful (ie 'atomic explosion' scale) blast of necromantic enegry ripped through the Artian capital and turned much of the Empire into a blighted, zombie-infested wasteland.

*The Sodkans (being the northern neighbours to the Artians) promtly built a wall along their former border and created 'Purge Squads' (read: 'glorified penal units') to deal with any stiff that takes a wander in the Collective. They also tasked some Watchmen to keep an eye on the graveyards scattered around the Collective with a trusty rilfe and bottle of vodka...several bottles of vodka.

*The Garracks fared better being on an island, though they've had to set up a similar system to the Sodkans with regards to their graveyards...but without the beverages though. The Garracks also landed a force on the Artian coast and took over a small town which they used as a base of operations. They've expanded the fortifications a few miles inland to create some fairly safe farmland and increased the town's size.

*The Artian Wasteland (as the former Empire is called these days) remains overrun with zombies, a few survivers have reclaimed a few settlements here and there but have focused their efforts on coastal areas. Survivng units of the Artian Guard have turned self-styled zombie hunters and aggresively patrol the wasteland.

*Overall tech level is akin to 1940s Earth, though it varies.

In the RP itself you guys will be part of the Garrack Outriders, a motorized military patrol group that uses armoured cars to patrol the wastelands.

Actually so did i (WWII that is)

I said overall tech is 1940s, so piston-prop monoplanes and to some degree weapons and various overall bits.

But largely its mostly WW1 level of development, hence the Rolls Royce Armoured Car rather than say a Humber Armoured Car.

My apologies for not making this clear though.
